Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Transfers Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely review, reconciliation, and fund application for servicing business
• Perform reconciliations of investor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain compliance with investor guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investor accounting or MSR billing within the mortgage servicing industry
• Hands-on experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae loan portfolios
• Proficiency in using investor reporting platforms and mortgage servicing systems
• Finance or accounting degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
