Job Summary

Senior Transformation Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for leading transformation initiatives, process mapping, and providing project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support transformation initiatives and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor for developing transformation plans and provide project leadership
• Design solutions using Power Platform and support transformation efforts within eDiscovery operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Strong background in process mapping and operational optimization
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and business systems platforms
• Structured project management experience supporting the full project lifecycle
• Familiarity with eDiscovery and related platforms is preferred
