Senior Transformation Analyst
Job Summary
Owning transformation projects from design through implementation, the full-time Senior Transformation Analyst will lead initiatives in business integration, systems modernization, and AI application across customer-facing functions, working remotely with potential for extension after a 12-month term.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the transformation agenda for assigned business functions, partnering with leaders to define future-state solutions
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes and operating models, ensuring accountability for delivery across stakeholders
- Develop financial models and performance measures to guide decisions and evaluate results, preparing updates for senior leadership
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or corporate finance
- Proven track record of managing workstreams within larger cross-functional programs
