Job Summary
Owning transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Transformation Analyst will analyze and execute projects related to business integration, systems modernization, and AI applications in customer-facing functions, working remotely within the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of outcomes
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and translate strategic priorities into execution plans
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes and operating models in collaboration with internal and external teams
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or corporate finance
- Proven track record of managing workstreams within cross-functional programs
- Experience in project management and financial modeling
- Strong skills in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and think analytically
