Senior Transformation Analyst
Job Summary
Owning transformation projects and driving strategic change, the full-time Senior Transformation Analyst will manage business integration, systems modernization, and the application of AI across customer-facing functions while working remotely in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with long-term business outcomes
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes and operating models in collaboration with internal and external teams
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or corporate finance
- Proven track record of managing workstreams within larger cross-functional programs
- Experience with SaaS and/or payments is a plus
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and frontline teams
