Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and transformation goals
• Serve as a technical authority during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including delivery planning and contracting
• Guide customers through necessary process and organizational changes for successful solution adoption

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solution architecture, implementation, or consulting with a customer-facing focus
• Direct experience in refined fuels marketing, agribusiness, or weather-sensitive industries
• Proven track record of leading customers through technology adoption initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture and API design
