Job Summary

Leading end-to-end transformation programs, the full-time Senior Transformation Director will oversee multiple workstreams, manage senior client stakeholders, and ensure the achievement of program objectives in a virtual office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into structured program roadmaps and execution plans
• Oversee Directors and Managers to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
• Drive accountability across client and internal teams to achieve program objectives

• Proven experience in managing transformation programs across various functional areas
• Strong background in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Experience in establishing governance structures and performance tracking mechanisms
