Senior Transformation Manager
Job Summary
To drive strategic change across the business, the full-time Senior Transformation Manager will lead transformation projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape AI-enabled processes while working remotely from Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes
- Lead the transformation agenda for assigned business functions and partner with leaders to define future-state solutions
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes and develop financial models to guide decisions and evaluate results
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations roles
- A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in a SaaS and/or payments environment
- Experience working in or alongside private equity-backed companies is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex initiatives
- Comfortable building and interrogating financial models to support business decisions
