Senior Transformation Manager
Job Summary
Leading transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Transformation Manager will engage with senior stakeholders to drive strategic change, oversee complex projects, and implement AI solutions, all while working remotely from Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate strategic priorities into execution plans
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models in collaboration with internal and external teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations roles
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in a SaaS and/or payments environment
- Experience working in or alongside private equity-backed companies is a plus
- Strong project management skills to structure and drive complex initiatives
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization
