Senior Transformation Manager
Job Summary
Leading transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Transformation Manager will oversee projects from design to implementation, engaging with senior stakeholders to modernize systems and apply AI in customer-facing functions while working remotely in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Own transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and translate strategic priorities into executable plans
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes and operating models in collaboration with internal and external teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations roles
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in a SaaS or payments environment
- Experience with private equity-backed companies is a plus
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Ability to build financial models and conduct data analyses to support business decisions
