Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transformation Principal to lead strategic modernization engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through assessments of their end user compute ecosystems and deliver transformation roadmaps
• Provide expert advisory guidance on IT strategy and facilitate workshops to present findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a strategic role or EUC management focused on assessments and solution development
• Experience with services from integrators, channel providers, or OEMs within a similar industry
• Proven ability to drive multiweek transformation engagements and manage project scopes
• Strong analytical skills and experience in operationalizing delivery and service offerings
