Job Summary
To support carrier operations, the full-time Senior Transportation Specialist will manage customer and carrier inquiries, coordinate transactions, and enhance the customer experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and manage customer and carrier inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions
- Process and coordinate transactions related to Transportation operations, including claims and onboarding carriers
- Monitor KPIs and collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and transportation, supply chain, or logistics
- Proficiency in business technology, including Microsoft Office or G Suite, and Salesforce
- Strong complex problem-solving skills and proven customer service ability
- Effective communication and organizational skills
