Key Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations while providing consultative options for better routing and fares
• Guide customers based on a strong understanding of client travel policies and fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations
• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems effectively to complete requests and maintain knowledge of the travel industry

Required Qualifications

• Strong skills in international reservations
• Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
• Proficient in GDS Sabre and BCD applications
• Experience in providing high-touch service excellence to clients
• Ability to handle requests via multiple communication channels
