Key Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations while providing consultative advice on routing and fares
• Guide clients on travel policy compliance and fulfill requests regarding travel regulations
• Utilize travel tools and systems effectively to manage client requests and maintain industry knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Strong skills in international reservations
• Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
• Proficiency in GDS Sabre and related applications
• Experience in providing high-touch service to clients
• Ability to work flexibly in a remote environment
