Job Summary

Providing expert travel consultation, the full-time Senior Travel Consultant will manage client travel requests, ensure compliance with travel policies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for clients while adhering to their travel policies
• Fulfill requests related to travel regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance client relationships

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience as a travel agent
• Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
• Strong knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
