Job Summary

Delivering exceptional client service in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Travel Consultant will manage complex travel requests, create customized itineraries, and mentor junior consultants while adhering to a fixed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated travel requests and provide timely solutions to clients
• Conduct needs assessments to develop tailored travel plans that meet client objectives
• Mentor less experienced consultants and support operational excellence across teams

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of corporate travel consultant experience or demonstrated success in a senior-level role
• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel management platforms
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and industry best practices
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace and meet fixed schedule requirements
