Senior Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Providing high-touch service excellence, the full-time remote Senior Travel Consultant will manage incoming travel requests, offer consultation on travel policies, and confirm reservations while up-selling related products.

Key responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations, offering consultative advice on routings and fares
• Guide clients on travel policies and fulfill requests regarding regulations such as DOT and TSA
• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to efficiently complete requests and maintain industry knowledge

Required qualifications

• Strong skills in international reservations and GDS Sabre
• Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
• Excellent understanding of travel supplier rules
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to actively seek knowledge expansion in various supported travel industries
