Senior Travel Consultant
Job Summary
Providing expert travel consultation for business clients, the full-time remote Senior Travel Consultant will manage travel reservations, offer travel advice, and ensure compliance with client travel policies while working Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill customer travel requests and reservations
- Provide comprehensive travel advice, including low fares, exchange costs, and visa requirements
- Maintain knowledge of travel industry practices and regulations to guide clients effectively
Required qualifications
- Experience in corporate or business travel environments
- Strong understanding of travel industry policies and booking processes
- Proficiency in GDS Sabre
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
