Senior Travel Consultant
Job Summary
As the face of the company, the full-time Senior Travel Consultant will manage client travel requests, provide expert consultation on travel policies, and ensure compliance with necessary regulations while working remotely in the US or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for clients while maintaining an understanding of their travel policies
- Fulfill requests regarding travel regulations such as DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
- Review operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance client relationships
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience as a travel agent, particularly with Health Care Partners (HCP)
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
