To support a global multi-regional setup, the full-time remote Senior Travel Consultant, ERM will manage incoming travel requests, provide active consultation to business customers, and assist in operational projects while leveraging expertise in the travel industry.
Key responsibilities
- Expertly utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill customer requests
- Anticipate and address potential challenges for customers while ensuring prompt and attentive service
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and provide coaching when needed
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
- Hands-on expertise in managing crew movements and disruptions
- Solid working knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures
- Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment
