Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant III (experienced).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete complex travel requests for high-touch accounts and top-tier travelers
• Provide informed recommendations based on client travel policy and traveler requirements
• Resolve complex problems and manage customer complaints while maintaining excellent service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 7+ years of experience in a customer service environment, including 5+ years as a travel counselor
• Strong knowledge of the travel industry and client travel policies
• Experience with VIP, Concierge, or specialty travel
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS preferred; Amadeus knowledge is also desired
