Senior Travel Counselor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant III (experienced).
Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete complex travel requests for high-touch accounts and top-tier travelers
- Provide informed recommendations based on client travel policy and traveler requirements
- Resolve complex problems and manage customer complaints while maintaining excellent service
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 7+ years of experience in a customer service environment, including 5+ years as a travel counselor
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and client travel policies
- Experience with VIP, Concierge, or specialty travel
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS preferred; Amadeus knowledge is also desired
