Senior Treasury Associate

Job Summary

Joining the Wire Review and Approval Team, the full-time Senior Treasury Associate will manage daily treasury banking tasks, including positive pay monitoring, wire approval, and acting as a liaison between the company and clients/banks, primarily working remotely with monthly in-office meetings.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor positive pay and approve wire transactions
• Fulfill transaction requests from internal teams and resolve customer service inquiries
• Perform bank account administrative duties and distribute bank reports

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of treasury-related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
