Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global treasury function and manage the carve-out process
• Oversee daily cash operations, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Monitor debt facilities, financial covenants, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive treasury leadership experience
• Experience managing treasury operations in a private equity-backed or highly leveraged environment
• Strong expertise in cash management, debt management, and liquidity planning
• Proven ability to manage global banking relationships and treasury operations
