Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Treasury and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide collections strategy and optimize cash conversion
• Establish AR policies and manage reporting, compliance, and cash position monitoring
• Mentor and develop team members while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, treasury, or working capital management
• Experience in a private-equity-backed or fast-growth environment preferred
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting processes
