Job Summary

Senior Treasury Operations Analyst, a full-time position responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations related to loan originations, purchases, and dispositions while ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations for loan activities and ensure accuracy of reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain reports on loan pipeline data and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve reconciling items and enhance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or mathematics with 5-7+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of the loan origination process and capital markets
• Strong quantitative skills with a solid grounding in basic mathematical and statistical concepts
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and navigate complex tasks
