Senior Treasury Operations Manager

Job Summary

To build and own the treasury function across a multi-entity platform, the full-time Senior Treasury Operations Manager will manage cash control, fraud defense, investor servicing, and treasury modernization in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with leadership regarding any cash shortfalls, bounced wires, or covenant issues, alongside proposed solutions
• Oversee fraud defense and payment controls across multiple banking relationships, ensuring strict protocols and dual controls are in place
• Execute capital calls and preferred return payouts while maintaining accurate reconciliations for over 300 investors

Required Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of treasury or multi-entity cash management experience
• Experience managing complex cash operations through at least one full rate cycle
• CPA, CTP, or relevant Master's degree preferred
• Proven ability to implement automated reconciliation and utilize modern treasury platforms
• Clean background and credit history required due to dual-authorization wire authority responsibilities
