Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trial Coordinator to lead and support their Trial Coordinator team in clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Trial Coordinators, providing guidance and development opportunities
• Oversee operational execution and ensure compliance with SOP and regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements and enhance trial coordination systems and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research or trial coordination
• Strong understanding of ICH/GCP and regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing or mentoring team members is preferred
• Familiarity with eTMF systems and regulatory documentation is a bonus
• Experience in a startup or tech-enabled clinical setting is a plus
