Senior Trial Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Trial Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations while managing trial operations teams to achieve project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Provides oversight and management of clinical trials in accordance with applicable regulations and guidance
• Coordinates trial operations team members to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery
• Leads the clinical monitoring team, ensuring quality and timely project deliverables while addressing any quality issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of clinical research experience, including 7 years of global study oversight experience
• Proven ability to deliver quality and timely results through effective customer interactions
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
