Senior Tribal Programs Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tribal Programs Specialist to develop and implement high-quality Tribal programming and support relationships with Sovereign Tribal Nations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on tribal histories and cultural resources
• Lead new chapter launch activities and provide ongoing support to existing chapters
• Collaborate with various teams to identify training needs and develop relevant resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Sovereign Tribal Nations
• Knowledge of tribal, state, and federal Indian law and policy
• Experience in programmatic or executive level support within Indigenous communities
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance organizational goals
