Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trust and Safety Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale content moderation processes aligned with company policies
• Support the development and implementation of trust & safety policies and manage legal workflows
• Conduct risk assessments and advocate for safety by design principles in product development

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety at a tech company, preferably in social media
• Strategic perspective with strong prioritization skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building systems in ambiguous environments
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Deep understanding of legal workflows related to law enforcement, IP, and data privacy
