Senior Trust and Safety Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a driven and pragmatic Senior Trust and Safety Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the development and execution of the Trust & Safety function to protect the field workforce, ensuring their safety through risk assessment, policy creation, and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run discovery to identify risks and establish the Trust & Safety program, including mapping incident history and defining scope
• Own the Trust & Safety roadmap, setting timelines for immediate fixes and long-term initiatives while coordinating training and education efforts
• Build a comprehensive policy and workflow library, authoring internal policies and incident reporting standards to ensure ongoing compliance and safety

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years in trust & safety, workplace safety, risk, or field operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building a function from the ground up, rather than maintaining an existing one
• Working knowledge of workplace safety, incident management, and OSHA recordkeeping
• Experience collaborating with Legal and Privacy on sensitive programs involving employee monitoring or data handling
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing clear policies and training materials
