Driving the growth of customer trust, the full-time Senior Trust Engagement Manager will oversee a high-performing team and enhance Trust & Security practices while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team focused on technical excellence and continuous improvement in Trust Engagement
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of initiatives that align with Atlassian's Trust objectives
- Act as the primary contact for customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and process improvements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management roles within Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams and driving organizational change
- Experience with compliance and security certifications such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in improving team efficiency in trust engagement
- Demonstrated ability to influence executives and customers regarding trust and security strategies
