Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trust Officer responsible for the administration and servicing of fiduciary and investment management accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage assigned fiduciary and investment management accounts while ensuring compliance with governing documents and regulations
  • Provide relationship management and product expertise for various account types, including IRAs and charitable accounts
  • Accountable for the servicing and retention of existing accounts, working as part of a team of experts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of experience in Trust administration
  • Professional designation required (e.g., CTFA, CFP, JD, CPA)
  • Advanced knowledge of estate settlement, taxation, and fiduciary law
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions
