Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trust Officer responsible for the administration and servicing of fiduciary and investment management accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage assigned fiduciary and investment accounts, ensuring compliance with governing documents and regulations
  • Maintain relationships with clients and provide expertise in various product specialties, such as IRAs and estates
  • Accountable for the servicing and retention of existing accounts, meeting corporate and regulatory compliance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of experience in Trust administration
  • Professional designation required (e.g., CTFA, CFP, JD, CPA, or Graduate of National Trust School Program)
  • Advanced knowledge of estate settlement, fiduciary law, and tax implications across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines
