Job Summary

Senior Trust & Safety Manager, responsible for overseeing the development and governance of content and behavior policies in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of content and behavior policies, including authoring and maintenance
• Lead policy interpretation and establish consistent enforcement strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective policy implementation and communication

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety Policy or a related field
• Deep expertise in platform policy development and enforcement models
• Strong judgment in handling complex policy decisions
• Experience working with Legal, Operations, Product, and Communications teams
• Strong understanding of global regulatory trends and digital platform governance
