Senior Trust & Safety Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of Trust & Safety initiatives, the full-time Senior Trust & Safety Manager will define trust parameters, build and scale a dedicated team, and ensure a safe marketplace environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
- Transform policies into actionable playbooks and establish monitoring processes for marketplace trust
- Hire and lead a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in high-volume dispute environments
- Hands-on experience in designing dispute resolution processes from the ground up
- Exceptional judgment and decisiveness in high-stakes situations
- Completion of a 4-year accredited college program; advanced degree preferred
