Senior Trust & Safety Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of a safe and trusted marketplace, the full-time Senior Trust & Safety Manager will define trust protocols, build and manage a dedicated team, and establish monitoring processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
• Transform policies into actionable playbooks and lead the hiring and scaling of the Trust & Safety team
• Establish monitoring processes for trust incidents and prepare reports on marketplace trust for leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, particularly in handling escalations and policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience in designing dispute resolution processes from the ground up
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
• Completion of a 4-year accredited college program; advanced study preferred
