Senior Trust & Safety Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trust & Safety Specialist to investigate abuse and fraud, support escalations, and protect platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into high-risk platform misuse, including phishing and fraud
• Triage and resolve escalated tickets related to unauthorized access and legal requests
• Conduct enforcement evaluations of Terms of Service and develop Trust & Safety programs

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of experience in Trust & Safety content review
• Experience analyzing abuse patterns or platform misuse at scale
• Familiarity with relevant laws impacting Trust & Safety
• Experience building Trust & Safety programs and escalation frameworks
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
