Job Summary

Owning complex escalation resolution and data-driven fraud investigations, the full-time Senior Trust & Safety Specialist will protect the integrity of the marketplace by identifying fraud patterns, building detection rules, and making final enforcement decisions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary owner of complex Trust & Safety escalations, making documented, data-backed final decisions
  • Independently investigate fraud trends using SQL and BI tools, identifying patterns of abuse and quantifying risk impact
  • Propose evidence-based updates to policies and processes, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with exposure to automated enforcement systems
  • Proven experience in content moderation and real-time incident response in complex environments
  • Strong SQL skills for extracting and analyzing large datasets independently
  • Understanding of LLM-based and classifier-driven enforcement systems in production
  • Experience in a B2B marketplace or user-generated content environment is a plus
