Senior UAT Tester

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities, the contract Senior UAT Tester will execute manual testing for enterprise healthcare applications, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain UAT test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts in ServiceNow Test Management
• Coordinate testing schedules with business users and facilitate UAT execution, including defect tracking and regression testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate application functionality against approved business requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in manual software testing
• 7+ years of experience specifically in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience using ServiceNow Test Management or related testing modules
• Demonstrated ability to lead UAT cycles and coordinate with stakeholders effectively
