Senior UAT Tester

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities, the contract Senior UAT Tester will execute testing for enterprise healthcare applications remotely, ensuring compliance with business and quality standards while managing defect tracking and coordination with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing for multiple healthcare technology projects
• Develop and maintain UAT test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts using ServiceNow Test Management
• Coordinate testing schedules with business users and facilitate UAT execution while tracking defects until resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in manual software testing
• 7+ years of experience specifically in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience using ServiceNow Test Management or related testing modules
• Proven ability to lead UAT cycles and develop comprehensive test plans
