Senior UC Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collaboration Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management and vendors to implement customized Unified Communications & Video solutions
• Document the delivery process, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Provide senior-level support for internal networking and telephony solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Cisco CCNP-Collaboration or CCIE-Collaboration certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (equivalent experience will be considered)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise IP Telephony and Call/Contact Center systems
• Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP internetworking and Cisco technology
• Ability to work weekends and after-hours as necessary
