Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UC Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the architectural roadmap for global Unified Communications platforms
Own and optimize the full Cisco Collaboration stack and manage UC security posture
Provide senior level engineering support for Packaged Contact Center Enterprise environments

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Voice and Collaboration Engineering, with 3+ years at a Principal or Lead Architect level
CCIE Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration with equivalent real-world expertise
Hands-on experience with Oracle ACME Packet SBCs, Cisco SME, and CUCM in large enterprise environments
Direct experience supporting PCCE or UCCE contact center platforms
