Senior UC Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the design and operational health of enterprise Unified Communications platforms, the full-time Senior UC Engineer will manage Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related services while working remotely across the Americas region.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center platforms in production
• Lead incident management for UC platform issues, including triage, escalation, and resolution
• Monitor UC platform health using observability and logging tools such as Splunk

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Unified Communications engineering/support roles
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub administration
• Strong knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center architecture
• Experience with SIP Trunking and Telecom Service Provider coordination
• Familiarity with voice recording functionality and platforms
