Senior UC Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the design and operational health of enterprise Unified Communications platforms, the full-time Senior UC Engineer will manage Cisco Webex Calling, Contact Center, and SIP Trunking while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure system reliability and security in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and administer Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center platforms in production
- Lead incident management for UC platform issues, including triage, escalation, and resolution
- Monitor UC platform health using observability and logging tools such as Splunk
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Unified Communications engineering/support roles
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub administration
- Strong knowledge of Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center architecture
- Experience with SIP Trunking and Telecom Service Provider coordination
- Familiarity with voice recording functionality and platforms
