Senior UCCE Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UCCE Engineer for a remote long-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, administration, troubleshooting, and consultation for Enterprise Collaboration tools and technology
• Support and administer a global multi-cluster Cisco unified communications environment, including UCCE and WxCC
• Engage in large scale projects, perform maintenance activities, and communicate directly with end-users to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Cisco UC/UCCE/WxCC environments
• Experience troubleshooting UCCE/WxC/WxCC related issues and SIP CUBE related issues
• Understanding of TCP/IP, H323, and SIP protocols
• Cisco CCNA Voice certification is a plus
• Experience with call recording and reporting platforms is a plus
