Senior UI Producer

Job Summary

Managing high-level initiatives, the full-time Senior UI Producer will oversee the UI roadmap and backlog, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive the production of UI-led features in a flexible work environment that supports remote and hybrid arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of high-level initiatives and collaborate with all departments to achieve goals
• Maintain the UI roadmap and backlog, ensuring effective communication of progress and changes
• Conduct milestone planning and task prioritization in partnership with UI Design, Art, and Engineering Leads

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the games industry
• At least 2 years of experience in cross-functional feature production with larger teams
• Expert proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the Google suite
• Strong project management skills, including resource and time management
• Experience in effectively communicating risks and obstacles to team members and stakeholders
