Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process for consumer-facing and internal tools
• Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and iterative validation
• Own and evolve the company's design system, ensuring scalability and consistency

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile products
• At least 2+ years in a senior or lead design role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and visual excellence
• Proficiency in Figma and usability testing tools
• Degree in UX, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Visual Design, or related field (preferred)
