Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape a large-scale internal Insights Marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate high-level priorities into intuitive design solutions
• Lead design workshops with stakeholders to clarify user needs and develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Ensure consistency in design language across platform features and actively participate in agile ceremonies with Engineering Teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in enterprise-scale digital products
• Proven expertise in user research, interaction design, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong experience working in matrix organizations and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma and a deep understanding of brand consistency
