Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX strategy for enterprise contact center and related digital systems
• Conduct user research activities and translate business requirements into user-centered designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design fidelity and support usability testing sessions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional UI/UX experience, particularly in enterprise system implementations
• Demonstrated experience designing for complex operational environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and implemented UI solutions
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
